Specific Physical Attributes: For specialized registration, we collect skin color (Dark, Light, or Brown) and an optional picture.

Organizer & Host Data: We collect account credentials, event logos, and custom color configurations.

Voting & Verification: We collect data required to facilitate secure votes via web and USSD (*123#), including phone-based verification and one-time pins.

Automatic Information: We collect device data, IP addresses, browser types, and interaction logs to power features like Heatmap analytics and SEO optimization.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to deliver an "Exceptional" event experience and maintain platform integrity:

Transaction Fulfillment: To process payments through gateways like PayPal, FlutterWave, or Crypto and deliver QR-coded tickets or secret codes directly to your email.

Analytics & AI: To provide organizers with real-time performance reports based on sex and demographics, and to offer you personalized event recommendations based on your preferences.

Marketing & Engagement: To power AI-crafted social media posts and send automated reminders to review events or participate in community discussions.

Operations: To sync events to your Google or Apple Calendars and optimize pages for "Low Bandwidth Mode" for users in areas with poor connectivity.

4. Data Security & Integrity

We implement industry-standard measures, including encryption and restricted access, alongside project-specific protections:

Blockchain Transparency: For 100% trust and to prevent tampering, specific voting tallies may be logged on a public blockchain ledger.

Fraud Shield: We use AI to detect bot votes and implement anti-scalping limits on ticket purchases to ensure fair access for all users.

Retention: We retain data as long as necessary to provide services, calculate platform revenues (including the 11.5% ticket fee and 30% USSD voting fee), and comply with legal audit logs. You may request the deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
