Attendee Personal Information: To purchase tickets or register, we collect your Full Name, Email Address, Age, Sex, and Location.

Specific Physical Attributes: For specialized registration, we collect skin color (Dark, Light, or Brown) and an optional picture.

Organizer & Host Data: We collect account credentials, event logos, and custom color configurations.

Voting & Verification: We collect data required to facilitate secure votes, including phone-based verification and one-time pins.

Automatic Information: We collect device data, IP addresses, browser types, and interaction logs to power features like Heatmap analytics and SEO optimization.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to deliver an "Exceptional" event experience and maintain platform integrity:

Transaction Fulfillment: To process payments through our payment gateway and deliver QR-coded tickets or secret codes directly to your email.

Analytics: To provide organizers with aggregate performance reports on ticket sales and attendance, and to surface events we think you may be interested in.

Marketing & Engagement: To send automated reminders to review events or participate in community discussions.

Operations: To sync events to your Google or Apple Calendars and optimize pages for "Low Bandwidth Mode" for users in areas with poor connectivity.

4. Data Security & Integrity

We implement industry-standard measures, including encryption and restricted access, alongside project-specific protections:

Vote integrity: Votes are recorded against verified phone numbers and audit-logged, so a tally can be reconciled after the fact.

Abuse limits: We apply rate limits and per-account purchase caps on ticket sales and voting to discourage bulk buying and automated voting.

Encryption: Data is encrypted in transit using TLS, and access to personal data is restricted to the staff who need it.

5. Sharing & Disclosure

Authorized Payment Processors: We use Squad to handle ticket and voting payments. Card details are entered on the processor's own secure form and are never stored by CEREMOTIK.

Event Hosts: Organizers receive exportable reports in CSV or PDF formats containing sales data, attendee lists, and check-in performance.

Social Platforms: When you choose to share ticket links or event snippets from Instagram, Facebook, or YouTube, limited data may be shared with those platforms.

6. Your Rights & Retention

Guest Access: Users have the right to purchase tickets without registering a permanent account.

Data Control: Organizers have the authority to delete uploaded tickets or adjust dynamic pricing and refund options.

Retention: We retain data as long as necessary to provide services, calculate platform fees, and comply with legal audit logs. You may request the deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
